We understand that normal wear and tear happens, and we want your rental experience to be worry-free. Here’s how we handle different levels of damage:
✔ Minor Wear & Tear – Light scuffs, minor scratches, or normal use over time is expected and will not result in additional charges.
✔ Accidental Damage – If an item sustains more significant damage (such as a broken clasp, missing stone, or deep scratches), we will assess the cost of repairs. If the damage can be fixed, a repair fee may apply.
✔ Severe Damage or Irreparable Issues – If a piece is heavily damaged beyond repair or lost, the renter may be responsible for up to the full retail value of the item.
Honesty Matters – If something happens to your rental, we encourage you to reach out to us as soon as possible. If you notify us about an issue (such as a missing stone) and return the stone with the piece, we’ll work with you to handle it fairly.

Absolutely! If you rent a piece and decide you can’t part with it, you may have the opportunity to purchase it.
✔ Larger Statement Pieces (Necklaces, Belts, Cuffs, etc.) – Contact our customer support team, and we’ll assist you in converting your rental into a purchase. In most cases, a portion of your rental fee will be applied toward the final purchase price, making it an even better deal. Availability for purchase may vary, so we recommend reaching out as soon as you decide to keep it.
✔ Earrings, Rings & Bundled Items – If your rental includes rings, earrings, or items from a bundle, your package will include pricing information for each piece. If you decide to keep anything, simply hold onto the items and return the rest—we will bill you accordingly. No need to contact customer service!
✔ Exclusive Offers for Retired Pieces – We also offer select retired rental pieces for sale. Customers who have previously rented an item will get first access via email before it becomes available to the public.
